YES, do you see that DEFINITELY in capital letters? I hope future!DB is reading this post. Also please, if you don’t mind, a) tell me when Stranger Things s4 comes out and b) how many books have we read yet? Please and thank you.
Meeghan @ Meeghan Reads, who now runs this town, came up with this lovely prompt. Go see which ones she really really needs to read this year!
📚🚀📚
Dark and Deepest Red by Anna-Marie McLemore (GR/SG) – ANY Anna-Marie McLemore book, really. Maybe more than one? But maybe I’ll start with this one. It sounds so good and then I can go on from there.

These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong (GR/SG) – I did say I wanted to wait for the sequel and now it’s out so, uh, yeah. It’s like, I don’t want to know if the ending matches up with the play’s but at the same time I do and I also know Gong’s writing a spin-off sequel focusing on two or something side characters?

The Beautiful by Renée Ahdieh (GR/SG) – I did read the first book when it came out but I wasn’t able to read the sequels. And now they’re all out so I really wanna get to it!

Reverie by Ryan La Sala (GR/SG) – Ack! I’ve been saying I want to read this ever since it came out! I’m very interested in Ryan’s book coming out this year (titled The Honeys) or at least I think it’s this year. And then he’s busy working on this other book (updates on his tiktok, which is hilarious) and the new book sounds absolutely amazing.

The Chosen and the Beautiful by Nghi Vo (GR/SG) – I love The Great Gatsby and for some reason Jordan is my favourite character. Which means that I should’ve read this last year. But now I can read this year and check this book out! I believe there’s vampires?

All of Us Villains by Amanda Foody, Christine Lynn Herman (GR/SG) – Kal, if you’re reading this, I MEAN TO READ THIS SOON!!
📚🚀📚
I just WANT more TIME to READ EVERYTHING. Okay that’s all for now. If you’ve read any really enjoyed any of the books I mentioned here, please come and yell at me to read them.
