What I’ve Watched This Month (End-of-Month) May

I mean, it’s amazing that TIME is still PASSING and it’s the end of May – like my mom said it’s the 31st tomorrow and my brain is STILL trying to process that, today, on the 30th.

So, let’s go onto the reviews! Also, this post isn’t the longest! Which is funny since I split up my What I Watched into two because there was so many things and now lol. Like I don’t even have any rewatches??? I promise to rectify that next time!

• Howl’s Moving Castle 5 🏘 🧙🏻‍♂️
  • AMAZING AMAZING. I’m STILL thinking about this and will keep on like a month later. Yes, FIRST TIME that I watched this and CERTAINLY not the last time!
  • Everything was just so beautiful?? Like I legit changed my lockscreen to something from this movie because I loved it so much.

• Two Weeks Notice 4 ⚖
  • Okay this is quite funny. Yes, I am a huge Sandra Bullock fan, and I do love Hugh Grant – like he’s such a good love interest (I also thought he was in Ella Enchanted – like one of my fave movies, but that’s Hugh Dancy),
  • Also, like Trump makes a cameo 😐

• The King 2 👑
  • Watched this (on my laptop) while my sister watched Fiddler on the Roof on the tv, so my brain might’ve been in feudal or whatever England, but my ears were ‘TRADITION TRADITION’ and the weird haunting via dream scene.
  • The scenes were shot really well and Robert Pattinson was great, but I haven’t jumped on the Timothée Chalamet train, so  guess that’s why I didn’t think this was so amazing like everyone else?

  • It looks funny at first. And Asa Butterfield! I mean, it’s a good enough British movie, with a lot of teen humour and a weird fantasy plot they could’ve explored more, but that was all it was.

• Code 8 2 🦸🏻‍♂️
  • Lol, I thought the Amell brothers (sorry, was checking imdb, they’re actually cousins) would be brothers in this movie for some reason.
  • It was pretty good for most of the time, and I liked the whole powers and classes and stuff, but the ending pretty much failed at impressing me.

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power

• She-Ra Season 3 5 ⚔
  • I literally went and removed the series thing when I realised I watched Season 3!
  • I was sad this was a quick season, but it was amazing and I’m now halfway into the fourth season!

 

So, yes, quite a short post compared to my previous ones, but I’m planning to carry on with some Arrowverse episodes in June (and Black Lightning S2 is coming in June 😭😭 FINALLY
